I’m glad Bush finally admitted that there was no good reason to invade Iraq (pretty much [using fewer words than Bush]the Al Queda-Hussein connection was a sham, a reason to invade). Maybe now people will see through his lies.

This is a good post. However, you sort of strawed topics from the beginning to end. No worries though. By the way, have you seen Why We Fight yet? It’s really an eye opener.

At the very least, I touched on a number of topics that could certainly provoke discussion and debate, but a common thread is there – that there are contradictions between American self-understanding and foreign policy, of the way America understands other nations. But yeah, there’s a lot of different topics touched on there.
No, I haven’t seen that. I remember you reviewing it in your LJ, made me want to see it.
